The notice
Values are indicative, not contractual. No warranty express or implied. Purchasers are advised to make their own tests for fitness for purpose.
This is our own wording. It appears in the footer of every page on this site.
What it means
Our published figures are typical values for our material. They describe what has been measured on our clay. They do not describe your lot.
They are not a specification. Nothing on this site sets an agreed limit for a lot sold to you. A specification is agreed between two parties, in writing, for a defined material.
Natural minerals vary. Figures move between lots, and a published figure cannot promise otherwise.
Test the material on your own process before you commit. Our bench is not your shift. That is what the last sentence of the notice asks you to do, and we mean it.
Which document governs
This site is published information. It is not a contract. Nothing published here governs a lot sold to you — what governs is what the two of us agree in writing for that material.

Before you order, ask what documentation accompanies a despatched lot and what that documentation covers. This page does not answer that, and you should not have to infer it from a website.

Samples are drawn from a production lot and ship with that lot’s analysis. Run them on your process, at your dose, on your oil.
